Due to the fact that the items are sold over the Internet, our customers can't try them ahead of time. So it's difficult to avoid all unsuitability. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, we'll assist you with a prompt return or exchange. As for any inconvenience you may encounter, we are sincerely sorry for that. The return and exchange policies we apply include:
Returns should be sent back within 7 business days upon the receipt of your package. All returned items must be in good condition, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and unstained. All returned packages must be insured. All returned items are subjected to 15% restocking fee and buyers are responsible for such shipping charges.
Only new and unused items with all accessories and in their original package can be accepted for exchange. The items should be sent back within 7 business days upon the receipt of your package. All returned packages must be insured. Exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 business days upon the receipt of your returns. Buyers are responsible for such shipping charges.
1. Although we make the promise for 100% hassle free return, it will be appreciated if you considerate seriously before making and order lest unnecessary waste of time and money.
2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
3. If the returned package get lost during the shipment, we will not be responsible for such missing. So the original post office receipt must be kept to claim compensation for the loss.
